  • - Sugar
  • 1 - Maraschino cherry (optional)
  • 30 ml - Gin
  • 30 ml - Ginger liqueur
  • 2 tbsp - Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - Grenadine
  • - Mionetto prosecco brut

If desired, coat the rim of a Champagne flute with the sugar and place the cherry in it. Add all the other ingredients except the prosecco to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until well chilled and strain into the prepared flute. Top with the prosecco.
