You could say this is the Irish version of a Manha...

• 60 ml - Irish whiskey
• 30 ml - Sweet Italian vermouth
• 1 dash - Orange bitters

Stir the whiskey, vermouth and bitters with cracked ice for 30 seconds, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange peel.
