45 ml - Bols genever
quarter - Red chile pepper, seeded and sliced
22 ml - Lime juice
15 ml - Rich sugar syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part water)
In a shaker, muddle the chile. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake, and double-strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a red chile pepper.
