  • 60 ml - Bourbon
  • 22 ml - Fresh lemon juice
  • 22 ml - Simple syrup
  • 2 - Egg white (optional)

Add all the ingredients into a shaker and dry-shake (no ice). Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Top with 3-5 drops of Angostura bitters.
