• 60 ml - Vodka
• 15 ml - Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
• 2 dashes - Tabasco sauce
• 3 dashes - Worcestershire sauce
• pinch - Kosher salt
• pinch - Coarsely ground black pepper
• 90 ml - Tomato juice
• 60 ml - Clam juice

Add all of the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, and roll the contents between mixing glass and a shaker tin until well-blended. Rim the lip of a double Old Fashioned glass with lime, and dip it into a mixture of the pepper and salt. Strain into a prepared ice-filled double Old Fashioned glass, and garnish with a carrot sliced lengthwise.
